These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are payable by the recipient where applicable. Q1. How long will my order take?

I’m a one-person team :) Each piece is made and packaged with care, so our current order processing time is 2–3 weeks. Please note that this is the time it takes to make and prepare your order and does not include shipping time.

Q2. What are your return, exchange, and cancellation policies?

All items (online + pop-up markets) are final sale, with no refunds or exchanges. This includes all personalized pieces. Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. If you need to cancel your order, please email me at daintyjewelrybymia@gmail.com

Q3. What's included in the order?

To help reduce waste, each order includes one jewelry pouch or box for every two items, depending on the size of your order. If you’d like each item to come in its own individual packaging, simply leave a note at checkout and I’ll be happy to accommodate your request. I don’t include paper receipts with orders

Q4. What type of materials do you use?

I use high-quality materials, including 14k gold-filled and sterling silver. (Some pieces may use gold vermeil (gold plated on top of sterling silver), which will be specified in the product description. These metals are hypoallergenic and suitable for most sensitive skin

Q5. What is gold-filled jewelry?

14K gold-filled jewelry is made by bonding a thick layer of real 14K gold to a base metal, creating a durable and long-lasting finish that’s designed for everyday wear. It contains significantly more gold than gold-plated jewelry, making it a more durable alternative to plating at a more accessible price than solid gold.

Durable & long-lasting: A substantial layer of gold(100x more than gold plating) is bonded to the base metal for lasting everyday wear.
Hypoallergenic: 14K gold-filled jewelry is nickel-free and suitable for many people with sensitive skin. However, sensitivities vary from person to person.
Water & tarnish resistant: Gold-filled jewelry is more resistant to tarnishing and wear than gold-plated jewelry. For the longest-lasting finish, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, and using lotions, perfumes, chlorine, or harsh chemicals.
